hi thx for the bios till now its working fine no crashes so far for 14 days without any errors or random reboots
i notice that the bios was a bios with a date in the future
so i guess if you guys get enogth positive feedback it will be a official release

is there a posablility to get the bios folders a little more orgenised and maybe a pdf file with the info on what bios to use that would make things easyer on your end to

aso if you are in contact with the bios devs could you get in curve optimise settings or at least core voltage offset maybe range from -0.3v to +0.05

that would help to lower power consumption even more

im always open to a bios with more settings to optimize

I have a Beelink SER5 Pro with AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 5850U.
Serial number: Y58504CG00792
Current BIOS: SER5H512, dated 09/06/2024
Windows 11 Pro
My system has experienced repeated Windows Hardware Error reports. The latest report is LiveKernelEvent 141, with bucket LKD_0×141_Tdr:6_IMAGE_amdkmdag.sys, indicating an AMD graphics timeout.
I found the SER5H516_LK.zip BIOS package in your official SER5-5850 download folder.
Could you please confirm whether SER5H516 is the correct BIOS for my exact serial number, and provide the latest/revised BIOS package recommended for my unit?

You can try to clear CMOS : Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again.
Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system.
Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.

I have this bluetooth issue, wifi blue tooth module was once replaced but now again Bluetooth not working, can you let me know of new drivers or bios updates.

May I confirm if your BIOS version is T407 ? Then we will send you the new BIOS file.

We suggest that you could try uninstalling the corresponding Bluetooth driver and then restarting the machine to see if it resolves the issue.

I have a Beelink SER5 Pro with AMD Ryzen 7 5700U and AZW SER motherboard V2.0.
Current BIOS: SER5H512
I saw that on September 21 you sent user CChefkoch a newer private BIOS for their SER5 5700U / AZW_SER5_V2.0 system, and they later reported 14 days of stable operation without crashes or random reboots.
Could you please send me that same newer 5700U BIOS build, or the latest equivalent build appropriate for my machine? I have been having random crashes with both BIOS version I have tried.
My machine:
AMD Ryzen 7 5700U
Motherboard: AZW SER V2.0
Current BIOS: SER5H512 (seems a bit better than stock)
Previous BIOS: SER5H508 (came stock - repeat crashes)
S/N: Y57004GH90245
I am specifically looking for the newer private/test BIOS sent to CChefkoch, not the public SER5H516 package for the 5825U/5850U.
