Dear support, I have periodical issues with bluetooth (fixed by CLR CMOS from time to time) and a permanent issue with Wi-Fi: cannot connect to 5G Wi-Fi networks, although they are visible to PC. Driver and setting updates according to forum recommendations did not work. Can BIOS update help? Model data is attached as jpeg, system is Windows 11 Pro 25H2

Thank you for the quick response. I would like to clarify one more thing: will the fact that I recently reinstalled Windows—including a full format of the hard drive—have any impact on a successful BIOS update? I downloaded the Windows image from the official Microsoft website. The installation went smoothly, though the system did not activate using the product key embedded in the BIOS. Instead, I activated the system using my own product key, which is linked to my Microsoft account.

I have some SER5 MAX units that don’t have the proper drivers for wireless and occasionally the display port doesn’t have a signal on these units. I’ve tried to use the download links but they do not work/load. Is there a mirror along with a tutorial you could send me?

I’ve included SN and BIOS, let me know if I need to provide anything else, thank you!

My Beelink Sei112-A (SN1235U2CG20552) is not booting properly. As soon as I connect power to the computer, the front power led lights up (even before I push that button to power up as used to be the case initially). However, nothing appears on the screen. The led goes off and comes on again two more times and after a very long delay the Beelink logo appears and then windows boots up sometimes but many times it just does not boot up. This is new behavior. The computer used to boot up fine. Here are two things I have tried to resolve this problem (1) I reinstalled windows 11. It made no difference. (2) I reset the CLR CMOS (in the front panel)- again no effect. (3) I reset BIOS to defaults. No effect.
Reflashing the BIOS may help. Please let me know which version to use and how to do it.

Hello!
I am experiencing a well-known issue with the integrated Marvell/Aquantia 10G network card on my Beelink SER10 mini-PC. The Ethernet link drops randomly under Linux (Fedora 44).It only recovers after a full reboot.
current BIOS version:
Version: GPT.4xx.SERM1.V102.P8C0M0C15.09.BL
Release Date: 01/20/2026
