Can I get the latest bios please? S0 is defaulting to S5 after a power outage so the computer is not coming back on. I need to fix this. Thanks!

I followed those instructions numerous times. It works for a few reboots and then it defaults back to not powering on. So the BIOS defaults to its original settings and doesn’t save the settings for long.

I have cleared the CMOS with the paper clip for 10 seconds with all the cables removed. Same result eventually the BIOS resets to default on its own.

I need this computer to turn on when the power is restored.
