Ser5 no current win11 updates performed

I bought three days ago a Beelink Ser5 pro 16GB PC. The winver ist 21H2 and no furhter updates are performed. The latest installed Updates are KB5031225, KB5001716, but I don’t get newer ones.
Windows update says the pc is up to date, but the next sentance sys its missing important security updates.
I run Problemsolving Windows update and got this error code 0×80070483. All suggested tries from the internet didn’t work.
What can I do, to get the winver 23H2?
Do I have to do an new installation with 23H2? Therefore do I need the Win key?
