It appears from this thread at AMD, as well as one on here, that there is an issue with updating drivers to 25.3.1 via AMD software tools.
My issues didn’t matter whether I downloaded the drivers direct from the AMD website, or used the ‘AMD Install Manager’ software on my system - the same issue happens.

I experienced the exact same issue as others have. When I did an update to 25.3.1 (including a ‘clean install’ option) it caused my system to go into a blue screen boot loop. Only by starting in Safe Mode and reverting the drivers to 24.12.1 was I able to get Windows to even load.

It appears there is something going on between the Beelink SER9 and the latest AMD driver package.

Had same problem, update to latest .73 bios fixed for me.

I think every owner will have to find out the hard way since there isn’t a way to notify owners of the BIOS update before the amd drivers are installed.

Where did you get this bios version?
Mine is showing as v103 and my serial number starts with Y.
I have an OG unit from the first pre-order.

Please send us a picture of SN number and BIOS version.
So we would be able to know whether it is latest BIOS and send you files accordingly.

I can confirm that after updating to the latest BIOS I have been able to install AMD 25.3.1 drivers without issue.
There must be something conflicting between older firmware and current AMD drivers.

Everything is running as expected now.

I completed the firmware update, then attempted to install the latest drivers from AMD.
It then worked perfectly.

So for anyone else reading this who is having this problem, download and install the latest BIOS firmware from Beelink, then install the drivers.

Hi, I had the same problem yesterday (12.04.25).
I just want to share my experience so nobody else makes the same mistakes.

Well, it all started with the driver update (25.3.1). Just after that, monitor got black and then the eternal loop started with the BSOD. I tried to restore the system and realized that had no restoration points saved. Tried restoring from web and local machine and got always the same error that the operation could not be completed due to some error.
My mistake then was trying with all the youtube tutorials I found to try to restore my pc from CMD. Don’t know how exactly but I ended up disabling my pin (windows).
After checking the beelink forums I found that what the problem was, so I needed to try the bios update. The problem is that I only had a 64GB usb drive with me and couldn’t format it with FAT32 (and also didn’t want to f*ck it again) so… back to check another youtube tutorial.
After formatting the usb drive and booting from it got another error. I just needed to disable safe boot from system menu and then everything went ok.
Well, after the bios update I just needed to reinstall the Adrenaline software (don’t know why it uninstalled) and now everything seems fine.

So just disable safe boot from system menu and upgrade the bios. Problem solved. Don’t try to fix it by urself using youtube tutorials xD
