Beeelink BT4 – Auto Power On BIOS Setting Keeps Resetting

Hi,

I’m working with multiple Beelink BT4 devices, and over time we’ve noticed a recurring issue: the BIOS “Auto Power On” setting eventually resets to its default state (disabled) - sometimes after several months, sometimes after a year. What’s worse, once this happens for the first time, it seems to occur more frequently afterward.

This behavior has made it difficult for us to offer these devices to clients, as they rely on automatic booting when power is restored—something that becomes unreliable due to this issue.

We’ve measured the CMOS battery voltage (it looks OK) and even replaced the battery in some cases, but that didn’t help.

Has anyone encountered something similar with Beelink devices (especially the BT4)? Any suggestions for a permanent fix or workaround?

① Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and other USB devices, then put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.

②Please press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the Main page.
We will check if you need to update the BIOS.
