SER8: Only one monitor recognised in new Windows 11 install

I have 2 AOC 4K monitors hooked up to my SER8 8745HS mini PC. On delivery of the PC, both monitors were working fine in a Win11 dual screen setup.

I recently reinstalled Win11 and now only one monitor is being recognised. Both screens work fine in my Linux partition setup and I’ve tried both HDMI and DisplayPort cables. So it seems like a driver issue. Device Manager is showing a single “Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor” under Display adaptors with driver dated 21/06/2006.

Under “Monitors” it shows a single “Integrated Monitor (U27B3A)” - which is one of the 2 AOC monitors that are connected,

Is there a driver file I can download to correct this?
