Hi! I recently bought the Beelink SER9 with the AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, but I’m experiencing poor Wi-Fi performance. The mini PC is only about 6 meters from my router, yet it’s getting just 41 Mbps, while my laptop, which is much farther away, gets around 400 Mbps. I’ve already tried everything—updated the drivers, BIOS, reset network settings, uninstall network adapters—but the issue persists. The signal strength shows full bars, so I’m wondering if this could be a factory defect, or is it normal for this model to have such limited Wi-Fi range despite being a newer, high-performance device?

Anyone experiencing the same?

    Hi there,
I don’t know if I’m OT here, but I would like to know if to improve the performance of wi-fi and bluetooth it is possible to replace the wireless bluetooth card AX200NGW, Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and BT5.2, with the wireless bluetooth card AX210NGW, Wi-Fi 6E AX210 and BT5.3.
    Thank you.

      Hi there,
I am sorry , it might not be possible to replace it with the wireless bluetooth card AX210NGW, Wi-Fi 6E AX210 and BT5.3.
but you can use an external wifi card .
      or
we can send you a same wifi card within warranty if nothing works

Now that I have updated both the bluetooth and wifi with the latest drivers from Intel (BT-23.130.0-64UWD-Win10-Win11.exe and WiFi-23.130.1-Driver64-Win10-Win11.exe) it seems to work fine, I had several problems with the bluetooth driver not being recognized with the Logitech mouse which caused malfunctions and everything to move jerkily.
So I was wondering if updating the card could be a further improvement.

        Hello there,

1、It’s possible that there are compatibility issues with the mouse brands of Logitech and Beelink. I suggest you try using a mouse of another brand to see if similar problems occur.

        1. As for whether changing the network card can solve the problem, we have not tried this, you can try it.

        Have a nice day!
