Using SER8. Couldn’t get speakers to work. Did everything I could. I set RealTek to default, switched audio devices left and round, but nothing. Device specs for the SER8 down below. Any tips?

    Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine ?

    Here are some solutions:
    1.Please right click window–click “”setting“—Sound—-more sound setting –click “playback”–right click speaker—properties–controller information —properties—update the driver. You also need to check if the speakers is disabled or not in the playback setting.

    I did all the recommendations from above but still no sound.

    Should I send the SN Code at the bottom of the machine ?

      Could you please provide a picture of the bottom of your machine with the SN code? Did you try to reset the CMOS following the steps we provided?

      Have you tried updating the driver? Please provide us with the SN and we will send you a link to the driver for your machine.

      Please go to device manager and check if there`s any exclamation mark. specially in the speaker driver

      Hi,

      I realised today that the SER8 doen’t have builtin internal speaker, it’s the SER9 who have those.
      I Think that the similar design fools me.
      So the external speaker, plugged to the jacks, are working well, everything is fine.
