Hello, I recently purchased a GTi12 Ultra, but I encountered an issue that has been bothering me. I am unable to watch streaming content (Prime Video and MAX) because there are frequent stutters during movie or series playback. I have tried several solutions to fix this, but nothing worked. I tested different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Brave), but the problem occurs in all of them. I also tried using the native Prime Video app for Windows 11, but the issue persists.
I formatted the machine, reinstalled Windows 11 Pro (I already had a purchased license key), and installed all the updated drivers (downloaded from the forum here), yet the problem remains.
Interestingly, I don’t experience this issue while watching YouTube or Twitch videos — only streaming content. It seems to be something related to DRM security, but I am not sure. I would greatly appreciate any help, please.
I also noticed that it seems to be an issue with the DisplayPort, as when I remove the cable and use HDMI instead, the problem does not occur. However, this is quite strange, as my monitor (which supports both HDMI and DP) works perfectly with my other computer.
Is there any software solution or update required for proper functionality?
