Hi Beelink Team
I have GTR5 Pro that i bought few years back and it was working exceptionally well all these years however Yesterday i was restarting it and it after restart there was no output on the monitor, here are the steps that i tried to troubleshoot
1- i connected the monitor to another computer i can receive video feed
2- I noticed that when i press the power button the CPU fans are working however there is no power coming to any attached USB device like keyboard or mouse.
3- I tried to reset CMOS, pressed for 5-10 seconds, waited for few minutes then connected the power and pressed the power button, still the same issue.
4- I opened the box and removed all unnecessary devices, hard disks, NVME, any USB device, tried to turn on but still the same issue.
5- I removed the RAM, i thought if there is a problem with the video feed, the PC should complain about the RAM not present, however it is the same, it powers on, CPU fans are working but there is no beep that says RAM is not installed.
6- I replaced the RAM but still the same issue.
7- I dismantled the whole thing and removed the motherboard out of the box and i disconnected the CMOS battery from the board and tried with the battery disconnected and connected after that but in both cases still the same.
8- The CPU gets warm and the fans are working to cool it but other than that there is nothing, no video signal and no power to any USB connected devices.
9- I tried to connect it to my TV, the TV can detect there is a device connected to the HDMI cable but reports no signal.

How to troubleshoot this further? Is there a way to try to flash the BIOS in this situation? is there a flashback button somewhere on the motherboard?
Is the Board dead or faulty now? as i said i can power it on and power it off and the CPU gets warm and the CPU fans work when the CPU gets warm and increase their speed when it gets warmer but other than that no signal coming out of the board and no power to the USB keyboard or mouse.

    user12345 Hi there,

Did you unplug the power supply before you clear the CMOS?

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, see if you can go into the BIOS.

Yes, i mentioned already that in my troubleshoot steps. There is no power going to any attached USB device, the keyboard backlight does not come on so the keyboard is not working and pressing any key does not help in this situation.

If i need to re-flash the BIOS where can i download the BIOS file to flash?

Hi @user12345 — something very similar happened to me a few days ago (29th). My Beelink system suddenly stopped showing any video output as well.

Did yours fail after a Windows update or anything similar? Wondering if there’s a pattern.

        Hi T8764
I don’t run windows. I was just simply restarting it a couple of times testing boot from ventoy when it suddenly happened.
I got a BIOS programmer but it is not able to read the BIOS or maybe i am identifying the wrong chip.

        Hi Beelink Team

Is this chip the BIOS? Winbond 25064JWSIQ?

        10 days later

        Hi Beelink Team

What is the name of the BIOS chip? what i can make out is Winbond 25Q64. Can you please provide the full name of the chip in order to be able to identify it and flash it in the BIOS programmer?

user12345 Hi there, could you please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the motherboard ?
