Ch What is the acceptable voltage input for the mini PC itself? I want to power it from a battery that has an output voltage between 13-14 volts.
Ch Beelink CS-George I do not own one. I am researching my options. I want to know if I can power your mini-pc from a battery with a voltage between 13-14 volts. For example a Beelink Mini S12 Pro Mini.
Beelink CS-George Ch Hi there, MINI S12 doesn’t support PD power supply. You can choose SER8,SER9, GTI12, SEI12, SEI14, GTi13, GTi14 ,which support 19V.
Ch You are missing my question. I am using a LifePo battery with a nominal voltage of 13-14 V. Will the barrel connection for power on the mini S12 accept a voltage between 13-14 volts?
Beelink CS-George Ch Hi there, it is not recommended to use a power source with a voltage of 13 - 14V directly, as this exceeds the specified voltage range of the device.Using a voltage that is too high may cause damage to the Mini S12’s power supply circuit and other components, and may also pose risks such as overheating and reduced service life. It is best to use the original power adapter or a power adapter that is specifically designed for the Mini S12 and meets the required voltage and current specifications to ensure the stable operation and safety of the device.
niw3 Hi @Beelink CS-George this exceeds the specified voltage range Can you please share this range, that is, the minimum and maximum safe DC power input voltage? I couldn’t find it anywhere.
Beelink CS-George niw3 Hi there, please use 12V3A , voltage lower or higher than this standard may cause the instability.
