SER5 Preparing Automatic Repair Loop? How do I get WINDOWS to boot? none of the recovery options work:(
I have a SER5 Mini PC. It no longer starts windows?
In the Automatic Recovery Blue Screen - I have tried all the options but it still will not boot up to Windows….

Safe mode with Networking gets to the Windows Login screen, however, once you login it goes right back to the beginning of the Auto Repair again. How do I fix this?

I also tried the reinstall and RESET this PC. But that does not work either….

Can anyone help?

The computer was working great and fine yesterday and now I am stuck…?
I can send SN separately if needed.

Sorry for the trouble.
Don’t worry, the PC has one-year warranty. Please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.
There are a few things you can try:

Test the SSD with diagnostic software: Use a diagnostic software tool to check the health of the SSD，such as DiskGenius.
Please replace the SSD with another one and try reinstalling the system after that. Here is the tutorial for reinstalling the system: https://url.bee-link.cn/74zu

Thanks for reply. Here is my serial:
SN: Y55604HH60350 SER5 with Windows 11 pro
I cannot boot into Windows and therefore cannot download nor run Diskgenius :(

Let me know what I can do next please…?

It is suggested that you can first try reinstalling the system and replacing the SSD.

OK I will try this and let you know. I have ordered a new SSD to replace the one in the mini PC.
Once I try the solution I will let you know the result…..

Unfortunately here is the result:

-I swapped out the SSD and made the USB boot disk (boot usb key) from Windows site from another working computer (Steps 1 to 7 in the tutorial).
-The beginning of the installation went well up to Step 16. When it is on “Getting files ready for installation…” it needs to reboot by itself.
-Each time it rebooted it went back to the screen of WIndows Setup shown in Step 10. I repeated the steps 10 to 16 and then it reboots by itself during the Installing windows and goes back to the WIndows setup screen :(.
-This is now creating a new loop again! I repeated the cycle 5 or 6 times and it keeps going back the step 10 when it reboots during step 16.

I cannot re-install Windows as you instructed, becuase it does not get past the WIndows Setup (Step 16), and keeps going back to the first install screen in Step 10.

What should I do now?? Please help…thanks….
