Bios Upgrade Error

Hi,

I have received your email the other day with a download the latest BIOS file and tutorial for my Bee-Link GTi14 Ultra 185H mini PC. The filename is called: GTi4T204.zip, I extracted the files to a 32GB usb flash drive using FAT32. when I type the flash command at the prompt,I am getting the following error: when at the Shell> Prompt:

Shell>flash
fpt.efi -f GTi14T204.bin

– Flash Devices Found –
ID: 0xEF6019 Size: 32768KB (262144Kb)

Error 13: An unknown error occurred while opening the file.
FPT operation failed.

Shell> _

Do you have a solution for this?

Here is the link to my google drive account, with the bios file, document that was sent to me and the error message screenshot that I captured after trying to upgrade the BIOS.. Can you check the doc file, it appears to be missing text that goes with the last couple of pictures.

On the fifth step, Type fs3:(you may type fs1:-fs4:,depends on where the USB drive is ) , then press enter. And do not forget the colon.

It was the fifth step! Watch out for that fifth step, it’s a doozy! ;-) I just typed flash at first instead of fs3: Now the computers bios has been flashed successfully.

I am almost finished with the install of Ubuntu 25.10, latest version. So far all looks great! Appreciate your help getting this sorted out.

For the record, Ubuntu 25.10 is now installed, I will reboot and post.
