Gti13 Ultra + EX Pro Docking Station - Pcie 5 Issues.

Received last week. When using Gti13 with docking station + 5070 FE numerous problems when using Pcie 5×8 connection. Slow boot up or hanging on startup. Random blank screens. Games crashing and lastly crackly/popping audio. All cured by setting Pcie to Gen 4 (followed your tutorial on Reddit).

System now much more stable but should in be working at Gen 5 ×8? Any fix or update coming?

Daz69 Hi there,about the issue our R&D department replied that it is still in the process of debugging.
If there is any updates,we’ll keep posted.

As the dock is a hardware solution is there anything that can be improved without changing the design?

Daz69 You are welcome.Currently it is recommended that you could use the Gen4 mode.

Indeed using Gen4 but it’s not Gen5🙂.

Any updates on Pcie x5 (Gen 5)working with 50 series Gpu and new type dock?

Can still only get 5070 FE to run reliably at Gen 4.

Good afternoon. Any news on proper support for version 5? I just recently bought the GTI13 and the dock pro version. I flashed the T204 BIOS (but I’m not sure if it’s the latest. It has the highest number, but it’s not the newest file, and the names in the BIOS folder for this model are inconsistent with each other. Moreover, I’m not even sure that these are all BIOS files and not something else). And I even got the 5070ti working at pcie5 version (I tried setting it to 4), but I only have 2 lanes instead of 8 (nothing else is installed in the docking station). Why is that? What do I need to SPECIFICALLY flash and install so that the docking station has pcie x8 5.0 version.

Any news on updates to dock to get it working at pcie5. Been sometime🙁

Daz69 Sorry,the GTi 13 is currently still working at PCIe 4.0.
