Dear Beelink Support,
I am experiencing a serious issue with my Beelink MIN S mini PC.
While the system is powered on and running normally on windows 11 pro, it suddenly shuts down without warning. When this happens, the monitor goes black and all peripheral devices (USB ports, keyboard LEDs, etc.) turn off. However, the blue front power LED remains lit.
At this point, the system becomes completely unresponsive — it cannot be turned on again unless I physically unplug the power cable, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in and press the red power button. Only then does the device boot up again.
Additionally, I noticed that the system loses the time after this forced shutdown. Although it eventually recovers the correct time automatically, this suggests a possible CMOS battery or RTC issue.
Here is a summary of the symptoms:
Sudden shutdown while the system is running
Front power LED stays on, rear ports go dark
System only recovers after unplugging and replugging the power adapter
Loses system clock (only and not date) temporarily on reboot
Please advise on how to proceed. If this is a know-how straightforward issue , I would appreciate your guidance.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
NickP
