Update on my case:
Screw was too stripped to remove the normal way so I tried approach with glue.
Sadly this didn’t work because screw was too small.
So I had to resort to drilling. It worked and I unscrewd this one.
Before I have done it i taped entire dust filter to block any metal particle that would fly.
I replaced both screws to match.
PC works fine after operation.
I noticed that both screws came off with paint from under heads so I think that they were originally screwed too tight.
