Can you please advise the correct BIOS / Drivers updates for my PC. Thankyou.

Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS.
Please send us a picture of the Main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

When I follow your driver link, it takes me to

which has 15 sub folders
I can go down to
https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir=uploads%2FSER%2FSER9--AI-9-HX-370
Which has 2 folders, BIOS & Driver. Is that right? But which individual files?

If there is a yellow exclamation point error in the device manager, it is a driver that needs to be updated. You can download and update the driver you need from the driver file provided.

Have done the BIOS update, but am unsure which ‘driver file provided’ is meant as the link https://url.bee-link.cn/8MYI opens https://dr.bee-link.cn/. I have downloaded / unzipped SER9-Driver_2024-09-25_6-09-20.zip .

Separately, when I first got the computer, I ran the ‘AMD software’, which horribly crashed the computer and I had to recover the operating system. The ‘AMD Software’ no longer opens. I have tried ‘Repair’, but it still does not run.

Regarding the AMD software issue,
Please disable the windows update. To disable the Windows Update service in Services Manager, please follow the steps below:Press Windows key+R.Type services.msc,then hit Enter.Search for Windows Update. Right-click on Windows Update, then select Properties. Under General tab, set the Startup type to Disabled. Click Stop.Click Apply, and then click OK.

Then click Recovery tab–First failure choose take no actions, second failure choose take no actions, subsequent failures choose take no actions.
