George, thanks again for the quick response. I’ll open the back cover of the TV box and take a photo of the motherboard. Do you think a picture of the top side will be sufficient, or should I remove the motherboard entirely? That would mean taking out the four screws, disconnecting the two antenna leads, and lifting it out so I can photograph the underside as well. Any guidance on whether that’s necessary would be appreciated.

Thanks again for your information — I really appreciate your help.
Apologies for bothering you again, but unfortunately my installation ended up with an error.
I followed the tutorial you recommended and used an SD card for the installation. I downloaded three files with one of them ota.zip file. However, the installation aborted, as shown in the pictures below. I must admit that my box did not let me to check two boxes at the update interface screen – one with “Wipe Data” and other with “Wipe Media”. My TV box only let me to select the zip file from the SD card and started the upgrade immediately after that.
It also appears that the error message indicates my existing firmware is 19 hours newer than the one I downloaded, even though both are dated April 2021. This does not seem possible, as I bought the box in October 2020 and have never manually updated the firmware since then — unless an update was carried out automatically or without my knowledge while the device was online. I also checked my current firmware build number in the system. It states the build number - 918P0-wol-bt.
I was wondering what you might advise in this situation:
• Is there a firmware version newer than the April 2021 release?
• Or is there any other method I can try to update or resolve the firmware issue?

Flashing with a Programmer: Simply flash the file CoreELEC-Amlogic-ng.arm-9.2.6-Generic.img.
Firmware Flashing (Typically via Batch Programming with a Flasher, No Computer-Based Flashing Required):
Insert the TF/SD card into a card reader, then connect the card reader to a computer’s USB port.
Launch the rufus-3.8.exe application.
The TF/SD card will be listed under the “Device” section in the interface; select the target device for flashing.
Click the “Select” button to import the CoreELEC-Amlogic-ng.arm-9.2.6-Generic.img firmware.
Click the “Start” button, then select “OK” in the pop-up confirmation window to initiate flashing.
The flashing process is complete once the progress bar reaches 100%.

Hello, I have a GT-King Pro (SN: 922HHQLF80103). After flashing the official 919P0 firmware using USB Burning Tool, I lost Widevine L1 (now only L3). I believe the ‘Full Erase’ option wiped my DRM keys (tee/persist partition). Do you have a special recovery image or a way to re-inject the keys for this 922H serial number? Thank you very much.
