I contacted Beelink support at support-pc@bee-link.com and sent a screenshot of my device. In response, I was told that my device was not manufactured by Beelink and was asked to contact support@lingk.com.cn instead. How is this possible? I purchased a Beelink GTi12 device on a Chinese e-shop, new and original, and now you’re telling me it’s not a Beelink product? If so, how can this manufacturer use your logo both on the device itself and in the BIOS? If it is your device, but manufactured for another market, in this case, the Chinese one, you still cannot deny me warranty support.
