wrgenius Hello everyone, A few days ago I purchased the mini PC “Beelink SER9 Pro AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370” and, for software and other reasons, I installed Windows 10 Pro. The mini PC sees all the peripherals except those in the attached figure. How can I solve the problem? Last question: I should update the OS to Windows 11 but apparently my mini PC does not support TPM 2.0 (see photo) even if it is enabled by BIOS. I also attach a photo of my serial number of the aforementioned Beelink. Hoping for your feedback, I thank you in advance.
dltmchn wrgenius Perform Windows 11 clean install. Somehow on the Beelink SER8-9 Windows 10 does not detect the TPM, Windows 11 does. https://bbs.bee-link.com/d/5694-ser8-windows-10-does-not-detect-tpm#:~:text=SER%20Series-,SER8%20Windows%2010%20does%20not%20detect%20TPM,-Reply
support7 wrgenius Please try to update the USB driver. Here is the driver source for SER9 starting with D Driver: https://url.bee-link.cn/9sNm Tutorial: https://url.bee-link.cn/wEmk The machine has tpm enabled by default. Pls backup your data firstly, re-installing the system will make your data in your pc lost. Please try to install the system from Microsoft.(Windows 11) Here is the tutorial: https://url.bee-link.cn/74zu
wrgenius dltmchn I need to migrate from W10 to W11 via update because I don’t want to lose the applications already installed. Anyway, thanks
wrgenius support7 I have already downloaded these drivers but the voices I indicated are not updated. Thanks anyway
dltmchn wrgenius Okay. It is possible. First, download Windows 11 ISO from official Microsoft site. Or from wherever you want, your choice. And then First method: Read this post, then follow the instructions: [https://woshub.com/upgrade-to-windows-11-unsupported-pc/#:~:text=upgrading%20to%20Windows%2011%20without%20checking%20hardware%20compatibility%20is%20possible.] Second method: Create installation media with Rufus with “Remove TPM requirement” option [https://rufus.ie/en/] and then run setup.exe from installation media for in-place upgrade, with “choose what to keep-> keep files, settings and apps” option. wrgenius dltmchn Thanks for the reply. I already have what it takes to install Windows 11 bypassing TPM 2.0, but I don’t see why the Microsoft test doesn’t recognize it on this fairly recent Mini PC. Thanks
dltmchn wrgenius Hardware-software coexistence bug. Does it matter at all? You can install Windows 11 without loosing your apps. Problem solved.
wrgenius Thanks for your suggestions. I installed Windows 11 bypassing TPM 2.0 and everything works great and the two peripherals, not recognized by Windows 10, are now in “Hidden Devices”. I reinstalled the original Windows 11 OS (I made a copy with Acronis True Image" and the situation is identical to the one mentioned above therefore, I conclude, stating that the update process was successful 😃 Thanks and have a good weekend everyone 👋
