① With Windows, it can only suppport RAID 1 and RAID5. With Truenas, it can support Raid 1, RAID10 and RAID5
② Memory cannot be upgraded to 16GB, beucause they are soldered in the motherboard.
③The ME mini lacks enterprise-grade OOB features (e.g., IPMI/BMC), but offers workarounds:When running Proxmox (virtualized OPNsense/fnOS), the host OS enables remote power control via web interface or SSH. Or you can use Wake-on-LAN (WoL) function on this PC.
