My new Beelink SER5 PRO Mini PC,AMD Ryzen 7 5800H Mini PC ( SER5 PRO-E-16500EJOW64PRO-DP/XB ) was delivered today and Windows will not activate. “We can’t activate Windows on this device because the product key was already used on another device. If you think it wasn’t used on another device, select Troubleshoot below. Error code: 0xC004C020”. I select “Troubleshoot” and it doesn’t fix the problem. The last 5 characters displayed for the current Product key are “B4G6Y”. Please let me know how to properly contact support so that I can get this problem resolved. - Terry
