Hello, so i just bought a ser8 with 8745hs with 32gb of ram and 1 tb ssd finished downloading all windows updates and so adrenaline and chipset drivers and when i have a lot of tabs but like using 30% of ram and about 40% cpu my mouse gets laggy or freezes i have a wireless mouse tried usb and bluetooth and have the same issues. I also just turn my igpu to 8gb and all power settings to performance without messing with any voltage settings

Kapagamers Please provide a picture of the bottom of your machine with the SN code. Do you have problems with wired as well as wireless machines? Please provide a screenshot of the main BIOS page of your machine and we will check if you need to update your BIOS.

Kapagamers, refer to my threads. Same issue! Bought it brand new from amazon after watching of the great reviews. Try everything I could to fix it and couldn’t (wasted days of trying). I will return the unit.

I really hope beelink test the units more thoroughly before shipping. Terrible experience to say the least.
