Bluetooth Driver SER - Help

Hi guys,

Please, I really need some help.

I bought a SER 6 but it’s impossible to use my bluetooth keyboard or trackpad.

Every day I need to delete and reinstall the USB Bluetooth Driver.

I tried to reinstall the drivers I found on the support page and the Intel drivers, but anyway almost everyday I need to start all over agian and repair it.

Could anyone please help me?

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine ?

Here are the possible solutions :

1、 Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds . 2、Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–bluetooth–start the service.

3、Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other troubleshooters— bluetooth—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.

4、Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.
