You replied to my letter shortly after my second letter and provided an address in the Chinese branch.
Unfortunately, the plan they proposed is not economically viable for me. I will pay over $100 for shipping and customs clearance and will be without a PC for at least 4 weeks.
There is no guarantee that this floating problem will not recur after repair, since I am far from the only one who encountered it, and technical support could not find a solution.
Unfortunately, we must admit that your product has hardware problems, and in my case, it is more profitable and faster to hand it over to a flea market.
