Chevazan Hi there,here aresome solutions:
① Please update the chipset driver and graphic driver. https://url.bee-link.cn/dCVv
②With the dock connected to the Beeelink and monitors powered on:
Press Win + Ctrl + Shift + B - This resets the graphics driver and might kickstart detection.
Go to Settings > System > Display. Click “Detect”.
Right-click the desktop -> Display settings -> Click “Detect”.
Check if the monitors appear now.
③Update the Dock’s Firmware:
This often fixes compatibility issues. You’ll need to connect the dock to a working system (like your work laptop) that has internet access.
Download and install Lenovo Commercial Vantage from the Microsoft Store or Lenovo’s support site on your work laptop.
Connect the dock to the laptop.
Open Vantage. It should detect the dock and prompt you if a firmware update is available. Follow the instructions to update. This is a very common fix for TB4 dock issues.
④Try Different Cables (Eliminate Variables):
Cable: Ensure you are using the original Thunderbolt 4 cable that came with the Lenovo dock (or a certified 40Gbps TB4/USB4 cable). A standard USB-C cable will NOT work for displays.
⑤Device Manager Deep Dive:
Open Device Manager (Win + X -> Device Manager).
Look under:
Monitors: Do your ThinkVision monitors appear? (Right-click -> Scan for hardware changes).
Universal Serial Bus controllers: Look for any unknown devices or warnings (yellow triangles). Expand sections like “USB4 Host Router”, “Thunderbolt Controller”.
System devices: Look for “Intel® USB4 Host Router”, “Intel® Thunderbolt Controller”. Ensure no warnings.
If you see the Lenovo dock listed anywhere (possibly under “USB devices” or as a generic hub), try right-clicking -> “Update driver” -> “Search automatically for drivers”.
