Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine and a picture of purchase invoice?
We need two lines of SN to determine the model number of the machine.

Could you please take a picture of the BIOS main screen of your machine for us to see?
Here is the tutorial of how to check the BIOS version: https://mega.nz/#F!yuISGa4I!s1bQQajKwnsEdzjqq4nopQ .
Then we will see if your BIOS need to update.

Here is a solution: Go to device manager, right click the PCI—update driver—choose the driver from the PC—system device —standard device—APCI controller–click OK

Have a nice day!

      HI there
Please uninstall driver: In Device Manager, right-click on ACP HDA Node, select “Uninstall device,” and then restart your computer.

Update driver: After restarting, Device Manager will automatically attempt to reinstall the driver. You can also manually right-click on the device, select “Update driver,” and then choose “Search automatically for updated driver software.”

Hi. I waited a few months for any update on this driver but the problem still persists.

Please go to AMD website and download the auto-detect program. It will update some chipsets and video drivers automatically. It will identify and install appropriate drivers for their AMD hardware. The program works by scanning the user’s system to detect the installed AMD hardware components, such as graphics cards or processors. It then compares the detected hardware information with a database of AMD drivers and software versions.
