U59 SSD failure and rebuild. My details are below:
Image description

-Will not boot from USB to Win11 64b iso
-refuses to boot to original M.2 SSD
-refuses to find new 2.5 ssd
-refuses new TeamGroup MP44L M.2 SSD NVM

Would appreciate suggestions to recover and guidance on M.2 replacement or Bios Config example.
Thanks,
Brian

Hi there,

Could you please go to BIOS and send us a picture of the Save& EXIT page in the BIOS ?
We will check if the SSD is recognized or not.

Please find the Bios Details below:

I also removed the SSD drive, checked all ribbon cables, wifi connections, then reinstalled the original m.2 ssd card. Reboot produced a the windows error below. Accordingly, I have downloaded all U59 Pro drivers onto usb thumb drive but cannot get into recovery mode. Is this Bios related?

I have a similar error, but I think the SSD is not being recognized.

and I have removed and reinstalled the SSD. It only boots to the bios screen with a brief statement that the boot device was not found.

      Terredw Hi there,

When you turn on the PC, what error do you have ?
If you got BSOD, but the SSD cannot be recogized in the BIOS, it might indicates that the SSD has failed.
You need to get a new SSD.

I get that NO MEDIA DETECTED, which is the SSD. It started 6 months after purchase. Worked sometimes and now seems to be dead.

Is there a specification for the SSD?

How do I get the copy of Windows reinstalled since there is no backup or software/documentation sent with the device initially?

      I installed a new NVMe SSD PCIe M.2 2280 @ 1 TB

I did as instructed above. Now, here is the error I am getting after booting on the USB drive
      Image description

I also just tried installing a new copy of Windows from a USB I created and it does not see the new SSD I installed.

What boot sequence do I need? Currently, it is set at
1 - PCIe GBE Family Controler
      2 - USB
      3 - NVME
      4 - CD/DVD
      5 - Hard Disk

        Terredw Hi there,

What is the item model ?
Please send us a picture of the SN on the bottom of the PC.

        It is a U59

        I fixed it myself. Thanks

          Terredw Hi there,
how did you solve it , replace the new SSD or something else ?

I figured out the US59 would not accept an NVMe SSD, so I purchased a different 1 TB non-NVMe SSD. It worked fine, including installing Windows 11 from the image in the above link.
