diogoca Hi there, from the picture, the black glue is melted, but the wireless card is not melted. So it might not be the cause of PC failure. However, you can try to use 75% alcohol to remove the black glue to see if it works.
By the way, you can also try to clear the CMOS. Sometimes CMOS clear do the tricks. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and other USB devices, then put the pin in the CMOS pinhole and press it for about 10 seconds , restart the PC after ten minutes.
