Hi, I’m having issues with a Beelink Mini S12 N95 that gets stuck on the Beelink logo during boot, this is the 3rd time I hit the hard reset so it went to the Automatic Repair but it also got stuck here. I can go to the Bios and Boot Options but the keyboard would stop working so I’m unable to do anything What happened was the PC just froze as one of my co-workers is using Canva, had to do a hard reset and now it won’t boot up properly. I think it might be a hardware issue. We have 20+ of this model in the office for about a year, this is the first time we’ve had issues with any of them.

Hello there,
Please press delete key as soon as you restart the PC, so that you can go to BIOS. Then go to boot page, set SSD as the first option.
Please take out the SSD and reset it securely.

support1 Hi, thank you for the response but my Keyboard stops working as well when I get to the BIOS. I’ve tried multiple Keyboards and plugged them to different Ports. Pressing F7 takes me to the Boot Option but the Keyboard Freezes as well so I’m unable to press forward with windows installation. I have also purchased a new NVME and a 2.5″ SSD, I installed them on the machine but I have no idea if they are being detected because I’m unable to do anything on the BIOS. CMOS has been cleared as well but it didn’t help.
