Hello After I connected a second M.2 NVMe SSD (2Tb), I started having issues with its operation. While my first M.2 NVMe SSD (500GB) works perfectly, the second one stops being recognized by the system after a few minutes. The drive is new, and I even tried replacing it with another identical one, but the problem remained. I also tried swapping the slots between the two drives, but the issue still persisted. A SMART test using the manufacturer’s utility showed that the drive shuts down after some time, which likely means it stops receiving power. What can I do to get the second SSD to work? Thank you.

jooli Hi there, 1.Please test the SSD with diagnostic software: Use a diagnostic software tool to check the health of the SSD，such as DiskGenius. 2.Please put the recognised SSD in another slot and see if it is recognised to check if the slot is the problem. 3.Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as you turn on the PC, go to BIOS. Please send us a picture of the main page, we will check if you need to update the BIOS.

jooli Hi there,the BIOS is up to date. 1.Please send us a link of the SSD you installed,so that we can check it. 2.Please press Win+X → Device Manager → Right click on SSD in Device Manager → ‘Update Driver’ → Search for updates automatically. 3.Press Win+R and type eventvwr → View Windows Logs → System and filter ‘Disk’ or ‘Storport’ error events to locate specific fault codes.
