I just received my ME mini and successfully installed debian on the emmc storage. However, debian could not detect the installed nvme drive using lsblk. So I went to bios and under the “advanced -> NVMe Configuration” tab, it shows “No NVME Device Found”. The drive is detected correctly on another machine so there is no hardware issue with it.
I tried slots 1,2,3,4 without luck. I also tried most of the suggestions you can find on the internet (enabling/disabling ACPI, TPM, CSM, etc…) but nothing works. I also reset the CMOS but it did not fix the problem.
The only thing I can think of doing now is updating the BIOS but I already have the latest one (M1V305). Though, on the bios download page, there is an update-notes.txt file that says:
“From version M1V303 to the version M1V304 and from version M1V401 to M1V402, the update is that they are combatible with CPU processors N150 and N200.”
Does this means that the M1V305 bios is not compatible with the N150 CPU ? It seems odd since ME mini only comes with the N150…
Do you have any suggestion ?
