Dear Beelink Customer Support Team,
A few months ago, I purchased the SER8 8745 product and have been using it without any issues. Recently, I purchased another unit of the same model, but the newly acquired device appears to have a problem.
In the BIOS, the fan speed is not being detected, and both the temperature and voltage readings appear abnormal. Judging by the loud fan noise, it seems to be running at maximum speed. Additionally, the initial boot time is noticeably slower compared to the previous unit. Even after entering Windows, the HWMonitor program does not display any fan speed information, making it impossible to control the fan speed through any software.
On the previously used unit, the fan speed is displayed normally at around 1300 rpm, and it also appears correctly in the HWMonitor program on Windows.
To resolve the issue, I have already attempted clearing the CMOS and reinstalling internal components, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
For your reference, I have attached the serial number of the newly purchased unit, along with photos showing the abnormal readings and symptoms. I have also included comparison photos of the previously used unit, which is functioning normally.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
