Hi - This morning I got a notification from Windows that my PC needed to restart to apply a Windows Update.
I don’t know or recall which one it was, or if it was a Quality or Feature. I proceeded with the Windows Update, and after it restarted 5 times, by itself, it finally powered off.
When I tried to power on (pressing on power button), it keeps on powering off after briefly trying to boot up.
If I enter Windows Setup:
Uninstalling Latest Quality Update fails.
Uninstalling Latest Feature Update fails.
Doing a Windows Startup Repair fails.
Doing a Windows System Restore fails.
Everything was working perfectly before the Windows Update! Please help, this is my work computer and I cannot work now.
What can I do to fix this? I have attached a picture of my BIOS, my SN for the PC - I cannot load the two videos that I took: one for the “behavior” of booting up and how the PC shuts off, and the second video showing my attempts at using Windows Boot Manger to fix. All which failed. How can I share those with Support?
