Hello, I purchased 5 Beelink mini PC’s AMD SER, my amazon order was Order # 111-6454229-5590643. The display port on every one of the computers does not display a monitor. The HDMI port displays the monitor just fine, but the second monitor port, the display port, does not seem to work on all 5 pc’s! I confirmed that the problem is not the second monitor - it works just fine. Both monitors have an HDMI output, when i plug either monitor into the mini-pc’s HMDI port both monitors display fine. Running an HMDI-to-Display Port cable between the second monitor and the beelink pc’s does NOT display the second monitor. Going in to Windows 11 Display settings and clicking “Detect multiple monitors” results in “no monitors found”. I find it hard to believe that all 5 mini-pc’s are faulty, but i find many many people posting online they are having this problem. Please suggest a solution. Thank you,

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine? 1、You can try to clear CMOS :Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply and HDMI cable , and press the CMOS pinhole ( the CMOS pinhole is in the audio port) for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. Please wait about one or two minute, if you can go to the system. Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save. I’m having the same problem. SER5, SN: B68005IF41614. The HDMI and USBC-HDMI ports work for 2 monitors but nothing from the DP-HDMI - even when plugged in on it’s own.

CMOS reset didn’t help including enabling Fast Boot.
I have an active DP1.2 cable - I have my doubts that an active DP1.4 will make any difference as it shouldn’t. I’m only using 24″ HD monitors, no 4 or 8K.

Has there been any resolution? I purchased this as it would support 3 monitors.

We suggest that you purchase the DP1.4 active type connection cable we recommend, which would be better.

Because there may be compatibility issues with some connection lines and the machine.

I’ve done all of the things you suggested, and the DisplayPort monitor still will not work. It seems like an awful lot of people are having the same problem, and I wonder about the statement “there may be compatibility issues with some connection lines and the machine.” Could you be a little more specific? I purchased my Beelink Mini PC SER5 in reliance on the representation that it supported 3 monitors, including HDMI (which works fine) and DP (which, like everyone else who has commented says, doesn’t work at all). Thanks for your help.

I tried several options, including 2 different DP 1.4 to HDMI cables, and also, a DP to HDMI adapter. None worked.
I appreciate your prompt reply, but there is clearly an issue with your product’s DP performance (or lack thereof), which consumers should have been advised of BEFORE purchase. I see you have another similar product which has 2 HDMI ports, and is actually less expensive. Perhaps this was developed to address the DP issue. Can you advise whether I can swap out for that product, and what features my current product has that the 2 HDMI version does not? Thank you !!

I am having the same issue. DP to VGA works. DP to DVI does not. DP to HDMI does not work. DP to DP cable does work. AMI Aptio Bios. SER5 MAX with AMD Ryzen 7 6800H, 32GB LPDDR5, 500GB, so far seven out of ten purchased. There is most likely more, but they must have DP to VGA adapters, that do work.

Generally, we recommend that customers use DP active connection cables, which can enable the DP interface of the machine to output video better.

We are very sorry that we do not currently support customers to return and replace the version of the machine with a DP interface for one with two HDMI interfaces.

I’m sorry, but Beelink machines generally don’t support DP to DVI conversion. This type of converter has relatively poor compatibility.

If there are any issues with the DP to HDMI interface of your machine, it is recommended that you try other connection cables.

Having the same problem with the same machine. Beelink SER5 Max Mini PC, AMD Ryzen 7 6800U (up to 4.7GHz, 8C/16T), 32G LPDDR5 RAM 1TB M.2 PCIe4.0 SSD Mini Desktop Computers, Micro PC 4K Triple Display/WiFi 6/BT5.2, Office/School/Gaming.
I have sent an email to tech support. Looks like I am going to return and purchase another. Sad as I have used Beelink in the past without issue.

The “reference” link you just sent is dead. Also, Please reply to my earlier question(s) whether you can swap out the model that doesn’t work w/DP for the similar model which has 2 working HDMI ports, and what other differences there may be in the products.

All, although like most of us, I’m not totally happy with the inconvenience to date, I just wanted to let everyone know that I decided to try one last option, and ordered an “active” DP 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 cable from Amazon for $9.99, which arrived today and so far, has worked like a charm.
