You are stuck on the PIN page.
Please try restarting your computer after disconnecting from the Internet.
Method 2:
Press Alt+Tab . The create PIN screen is in the background. I never could get it to come to the front but you alt-tab, put in a 4 digit PIN, press tab, re-input same 4 digits, press enter. If you got lucky it will take your PIN. Press alt-tab again and if the box is gone on the thumbnail view it took it.
If the thumbnail has red writing it didn’t work. Close the box using the red-X while holding down alt-tab. Windows will kick you back a screen and you can try again.
