GTI 14 Ultra no boot up

As soon as I turn on the wall power outlet, the PC’s power LED turns on by itself. I have not pressed the power button on the pc.
The system does not boot successfully.
There is no display signal to my monitor.
The USB ports do not provide power (my mouse and keyboard do not light up).
The pc fan do not spin at all.

I have tried clear CMOS, removed CMOS battery, reinsert RAM.

JohnBlue Hi there,please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC and a picture of the purchase record.
Could you please take out the SSD,leave one RAM inside and turn on the machine to see if you can go to BIOS?

May I know did you update the system or BIOS before it doesn’t turn on?

Never updated on bios before. Only swap out the ssd since 4 months ago.

I was still able to use the pc that day, did normal shutdown. After that, it can’t be boot up.
