I have bought several Beelink SER5 Pro Mini PC, AMD Ryzen 7 5800H and I have bought keyboard and mouse wireless MK270 of logitech. I have a lot of lag with the mouse. I would need a solution. I have read some tips about how to fix the problem but I couldn’t fix the problem.

In addition, I have test 4 different new mk270 and mk295 logitech keyboard/mouse. I bought 6 computers.
On the 6 computer I have the same latency.

For wireless devices . it might not be stable .
but you can use an USB external adaptor for wireless devices .
that would help peripherals run stable.

and it `s better to use wired devices.

So there is no solution ? some driver that fix the lag of the mouse?

The computer has bluetooth 5.2 it should work perfectly, I can’t understand how a new computer can’t manage a simple mouse correctly.

I will ask for a refund for the computers.

    I am sorry.PC is more stable for wired device.
    But please try some solutions here if you may : 
    ① Please go to the device manager to check if there is bluetooth driver, if no, please update the driver. Here is the driver source :https://dr.bee-link.cn/?dir= click the item model , then you can find the related driver.

    ② Please clear the CMOS. Please turn off the PC , unplug the power supply, and press the CMOS button (or poke the hole of CMOS with a pin) for about 10 seconds .     ③Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–bluetooth–start the service.

    ④Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other troubleshooters— bluetooth—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.

    ⑤.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.
