A solid red light flashed from graphic card

I am recently purchased the Bee-link EX Pro Docking Station and ASUS RTX 5070 Ti Prime OC to upgrade my GTi14 Ultra 185H. Since I plugged in the mini PC and card into the docking station, and plugged both cables into the wall, solid red light from the card has flashed up immediately. I have tried to reseat the card firmly, wipe it up with no alcohol wipe to test it, none of these methods help.

I have also tried to plug in everything and only plug the GTi14 power cable to itself and the wall, then the card flashed up red light immediately, it appears the card’s power supplied by mini PC not the dock.

The red light flashed before either dock and PC switched on. I have tried to follow guides to switch things on step by step but the solid red light was still on.

May I ask if there’s any ways to resolve the problem please? I purchased the Bee-link GTi14 Ultra 185H in mid of June this year.

PikaBoo Hi there,please send us a picture of SN on the bottom of the PC.
Here are some possible solutions:
1.Is the docking station independently powered?
2.Please show us how you connect the card and docking station.
3.Please disconnect all power supply, first turn on the docking station power supply, and then turn on the machine.

Hi Jane, I have attached images for you.

The docking station is powered independently, once I plugged everything into it, I have tried to plug in the docking station cable on first but no light showed immediately, however, when I plugged the GTi14 power cable on, the red light from graphic card was on immediately.

I have removed everything and followed instructions to reseat everything in firmly with ‘tick/click’ sound to confirm they were all seated properly, then I had powered on the dock and then mini PC on but the red light was still on.

I have also tried to change the BIOS to let it detect the card but none of these methods work with getting a right colour light on.

PikaBoo Hi there,according to the picture,it caused by the cable.
If it’s three wires, you can’t just connect two of them.

Beelink CS-Jane hi Jane, in this case, does it mean the card won’t compatible with the docking station? But your official website did state the 5070 Ti graphic card supported. In this situation, how can I make the card able to run in this docking station? Thanks

PikaBoo Hi there,the EX pro docking station do support RTX 5070 Ti.
You need to purchase a 8pin to 16pin cable and you could search it on Amazon.
