TPM issue - Not found anymore

Does Beelink GTI14 AI Mini PC come with a TPM Chip? I bought this mini PC less than a month ago. I installed Windows 11 Enterprise, and all was good. The other day I saw several error about not been able to logon with my work account, and it appears that the PC did not see TPM anymore. Premise, I did not update any BIOS at all or change any configuration.

You can verify the TPM’s presence and status using the following two reliable methods:

Check via Windows Settings
Press the Windows key + I to open Settings.
Select Privacy & security from the left-hand menu.
Scroll down and click on Windows Security (it may show a shield icon).
In the Windows Security window, select Device security.
Look for the Security processor section:
If you see an option labeled Security processor details, the TPM is enabled. Click this to confirm its version (it should show Specification Version: 2.0 for Windows 11 compatibility).
If the “Security processor” section is missing or shows an error, the TPM may be disabled, undetected, or malfunctioning.
Check via TPM Management Tool (tpm.msc)
This method provides more detailed TPM information and is ideal for troubleshooting:
Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
Type tpm.msc (no spaces) and press Enter (or click “OK”).
The TPM Management on Local Computer window will open:
If TPM is working: You’ll see a message like “The TPM is ready for use” under “Status.” Check the “Specification Version” (under “TPM Manufacturer Information”) to confirm it’s 2.0.
If TPM is undetected/disabled: You’ll see an error like “Compatible TPM cannot be found” or “The TPM is disabled.” This aligns with your issue of Windows not recognizing the TPM suddenly.

thanks for the answer. Does this mini PC unit come with an actual TPM chip (dedicated chip)? The BIOS was configured with dTPM and all worked fine for almost 3 weeks. Yesterday, it stopped working. When I went into BIOS I changed to PTT which use the Intel CPU’s integrated, firmware-based TPM 2.0 functionality. So, again, does the unit come with its own dedicated TPM chip or is the CPU integrated option only?
