i bought gti12, ex pro dock and 5070ti (12vphw ver)

i assembled everything but my 5070ti blink yellow light( i thought it warned low(less) pwr)

how can i make it work?

i assembled pwr line (12vphw to 8pin x 3)
if i change it to (12vphw to 8pin x 2)

is it goes well?
