I have to manually remove the USB-C cord and re-insert to have speakers take over Likewise, my two identical monitors will occasionally not connect the primary monitor (DPI port) The HDMI always loads, though the DPI will occasionaly just be black, though not all icons moved to secondary monitor. I have to remove the DPI cable and re-insert to have it display.

Hello there,

Please uninstall the graphic driver and chipset driver in the device manager and install the new one.

We also suggest that you can try replacing the monitor of another brand to see if the same problem exists when connecting the machine.
