so that we can help you better

My bee-link did this update, now I don’t have any keyboard or mouse control. I’ve tried several. But I can get response in BIOS. Image description

Hello there,

Could you please send us a picture of SN code at the bottom of machine ?

You can try to clear CMOS first: Please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable. Then press the pinhole of “CLR CMOS” with a pin for about 10 seconds. Ten minutes later, plug the power supply and HDMI cable, turn on the PC again. Please wait about one or two minutes, if you can go to the system, Please repeatedly press delete key as soon as your restart the PC, go to BIOS. Go to Boot option, enable fast boot, press F4 to save.
Here is a video tutorial:

We will send you the corresponding system file after receiving your SN picture.

Have a nice day!

Hello there,

Please try to do the reset the PC.

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt . . . etc.

Please try each option one at a time, then see of Windows will boot . . .

Go to Troubleshoot – Advanced Option —Uninstall updates–uninstall latest quality update–restart the PC

Have a nice day!

Thanks this worked for me

Hello, U59, Windows 11 Pro, after the 23 H2 update, the keyboard, mouse and network card stopped working. If you roll back the update, then everything works, repeat the updates - the same thing again. I checked on another U59 Pro computer - everything is fine.Image description

vl_kn2 Hello, I already wrote that I was rolling back the update (I found this instruction in your answer to another person’s question). After the rollback, everything works, but as soon as you repeat the update, the keyboard and mouse do not work again. You can connect to the computer itself via RDP from another computer and it works.

        Hi there
Some updates might not be compatible .
you can skip the update to solve the issue.
