SER9 PRO HX 370 always maximum fan speed

The fan always works at full speed, from boot to shutdown. Changing the power plan does not change the fan speed. In the BIOS CPU fan speed displayed as N/A and system temps as -1. Clearing CMOS did not help.

1.Please adjust the VRAM in the BIOS, sometimes changing the VRAM can also help.

2.Please adjust the power options as follows

Please turn off the turbo boost. Adjust power settings: Adjust the power settings on your PC to optimize performance and reduce heat generation. Lowering the maximum processor state or using power-saving modes can help.Go to control panel —power option—change to High performance— change plan setting—advanced setting —processor power management— change both 100% to 99% , click save.

Neither adjusting VRAM size (from 4G to 2G) nor 99% in the power plan helps.

The fan always runs 100%, with exactly same volume:

in bios
in windows when idle
in windows when prime95 runs in torture mode (works perfectly)
in sleep.

Sometimes after waking up one of the following problems are present:

Bluetooth does not function, device has the exclamation mark with code 10
PIN codes in windows login stop working with error 0×80090011

Usually they are fixed after reboot, but sometimes the pin has to be reset.

Sorry for the situation and any inconvenience.
Please don`t worry.
Please try some solutions here :
For BT ,
1.CLR CMOS
First, please unplug the power supply and HDMI cable.
Secondly, Please hit the “CLR CMOS” button/hole for about 10 seconds.
For some models the CMOS hole could be in the Audio port .
Please wait until 10 minutes later (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT),
Then plug the power supply and HDMI cable back in, turn on the PC again,
once turn on the PC, you will need more than one minute to wait for the PC to enter the system.
See if it works. Please try few more times.

2.Please right click the windows–computer management–double click Services–bluetooth–start the service.

3.Please right click the windows —setting -troubleshooting —other troubleshooters— bluetooth—run , let the PC diagnose the problem and solve it automatically.

4.Please go to the windows terminal (admin) > type in : sfc /scannow > then wait until finished.

For pin code .
Please try this way :

Please disconnect the network at first, while you turn on the PC
Then press ALT+Tab
Press Esc several times.

For the fan :
Please try Softwares : HWMonitor、SpeedFan to optimize the fan .
