I am getting a very different story by Rose from Bee-Link support. I’ve been waiting for many months for the updated version to arrive in their German facility, so that I can send them mine back for replacement. They initially said the new version was supposed to arrive in January. January arrived but delivery date was postponed to end of March. March arrived and now they no longer know when the new batch with rev 2.2 will arrive.
Despite my request, Rose from support tried very hard to advice me from shipping back my current version until the new batch arrives, (which conveniently does not seem to ever happen.) It took me 3 emails insisting, before she finally gave me the instructions on how and where to ship my unit back.
Given that you have received the rev 2.2 from their German facility recently, tells me that they are not being honest about having received this batch containing the rev 2.2 in their German facility, which they have been promising me, I am getting the impression that they are lying about ever receiving the batch, so they can sell the new batch to new customers, instead of swapping mine out with the new batch, which they won’t make any additional money on, hoping that I will eventually give up and keep my unit, hence why Rose insist I keep my unit “until new batch arrives”.
So now despite Rose’s “advice”, I will ship back my unit, then I’ll give them a bit of time to get me one from the new batch, but if they continue to say that they can’t ship anything and still don’t know when to expect receival of new batch, I will simply just let them keep my unit and ask for a refund.
