I’m sorry but I missed a step, it was a few weeks ago when I originally found the workaround and hadn’t looked at it again since, however I just tested again today.
You must do a hard power cycle after running the system hot, just shutdown, pull the plug for a few seconds. It didn’t work for me on otherwise
Note: I ran the system for 5 minutes after the temp reached 70C, and it fluctuated between 70-73C.
I unplugged the system for a couple of seconds after step 4, but at any point after getting the system toasty should be fine, as I indicated in my previous testing it took quite a while after the machine had been running hot for the NICs to become unstable again from a hard power cycle.
Sorry again for the missed step, I should have tested again before posting.
Anyway that got me back from this to stable, surely it must work for some of you😯
