Gab I returned by unit on 7th of April, and I’ve been waiting for the Rev 2.2 since beginning of February. But I found out in May that they never put me on a que list for an exchange. When I asked again in May, they suggested that I make a new order of 3.000 dollars in order to get onto the que list, which they will then later refund, this however I refused, and decided instead to just send my unit back now, so the unit is their problem now. Rose from support tried to convince me to keep my unit “until Rev 2.2 arrives in their german facility”, she was not happy when I insisted to ship it back to them now. Perhaps because she was hoping that I would keep my unit and eventually give up on getting the new rev 2.2, since shipment is delayed without any ETA.
When I email support to ask them where the rev 2.2 stock is at, they no longer want to give an ETA, and claims that the shipment of the batch so fare, has never arrived in their German facility. This is despite recently people here in the comment section in Europe are claiming that they have received the Rev 2.2 from Bee-Link’s German facility. So either people are lying about receiving the Rev 2.2, or Bee-Link is.
Before I made my order back in October 2025 Ian Chan send me an e-mail personally promising me that the ethernet port issues was resolved, and “not to worry because we have QA before product gets shipped”.
but as you can see, you simply can’t trust everything they say, as they are paid to make the company money, by telling you what you want to hear.
