I have bought four dgx sparks. And have four gtr9 pros doing nothing. They didnt want me to send the units back, all I asked I bought four send me the new ones and I will send you the broken ones back, my trust has been damaged, I had them working with an usb adapter but I bought them for the internal 10gbe ports since I require huge datatransfer between them. Very very bad service from them, no update will work, no firmware can solve this issue. It is a board design issue. And they will lie, twist and run around it. And no beelink chan f… off please, your service desk has my email and my home address, send four working units with a return label and I will send the broken ones back. Google will Index this post and will put it on every social channel I know and remove until you have replaced every unit for me and the others here on this forum. No lies, just admit it is a board design (power delivery) problem, and replace them. No excuses, you are embarrassing yourself. I was lenient and in another post I provided temporarily solutions, but this behavior and updating firmware and turning off and on in the bios does not solve anything. Do right to your customers!
