Beelink CS-Ian Chan
Thanks Ian — I will write to support@lingk.com.cn as you suggest.
For the record, and because I think it affects other owners here too:
this unit was not bought in China. It was sold in South Korea through
Coupang by a Korean commercial importer (CTK Global Co., Ltd.), with
Korean import duties and VAT included, order 8100189923537, 2026-05-09,
KRW 4,539,000. It shipped with en-US Windows and a firmware-embedded
Windows 11 Professional OEM key. Only the bottom label is 零刻-branded.
I have no Chinese address or phone number and no practical way to ship a
unit into China for service, so the domestic channel may not be usable
for me in practice. I will try it and report back here either way.
Two questions for the thread, since others may be in the same position:
Has anyone outside China with a 零刻-labelled unit successfully gone
through support@lingk.com.cn? If so, how did shipping work?
Has anyone received a board-only shipment rather than sending the
complete unit? The 2-6 month turnaround times reported here are the
main problem for those of us using these as always-on servers.
Ian — separately, I have emailed support-pc@bee-link.com asking Beelink
to state its position in writing: either that a v2.2 board can be sent to
South Korea, or that a 零刻-labelled unit cannot be supported outside
China. A clear answer either way is genuinely useful to me, and I would
rather have it on record than leave it ambiguous. I would be grateful if
you could reply to that email.
My machine is still in its failed state and has not been power-cycled, so
it remains available for verification at any time.
